    Terms of Service

Parknito s.r.o. acts as a parking intermediary. Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific location, the parking operator and provider of the parking service is the owner or manager identified on that location’s page.

    1. Platform provider and contracting parties

PARKNITO s.r.o., Company ID 08216797, Vavrečkova 5262, 760 01 Zlín, Czech Republic, registered with the Regional Court in Brno, section C, file 112485, operates Parknito. Contact: [email protected]. These terms govern use of the platform and its intermediary services.

The parking contract is with the operator identified in the offer. That operator is responsible for parking and location information; Parknito is responsible for its own intermediary duties. Facilitating payment does not itself make Parknito the parking operator.

Before ordering, the contracting party and whether it acts as a business must be clear. A consumer is an individual acting outside their business or profession. Specific statutory consumer protections apply between a consumer and a business; rights against Parknito are assessed separately.

    2. Accounts and authorized use

Keep contact, vehicle and billing information accurate. Act for an organization or another person only with appropriate authority. Protect sign-in credentials and report misuse without undue delay.

Do not use the platform for fraud, unauthorized data access, disruption or controlling another person’s access equipment. Provide another person’s data only with appropriate authority and inform them about the booking and related processing.

    3. Reservations and contract formation

Before ordering, check the operator, location, period, vehicle, price and offer conditions. Correct errors before submitting a binding order. The parking contract is formed when the relevant operator confirms the reservation through the platform. Opening checkout or recording a pending payment is not a confirmed reservation.

Where payment is required, follow both reservation confirmation and confirmed payment status. Keep confirmations and related documents. Individually agreed offer conditions take precedence insofar as they comply with mandatory law.

    4. Prices, payment and documents

The currency and total price, including applicable taxes and mandatory charges, must be shown before a binding order. Any separate Parknito fee must be disclosed beforehand. Additional services may be charged only when agreed.

Payments use the provider identified in checkout. A payment-gateway redirect does not itself establish payment. Parking receipts and issuer details follow the particular transaction; Parknito contact information does not replace identification of the actual parking provider.

    5. Changes, cancellation and refunds

Contractual changes, cancellation options and related charges follow the specific offer conditions disclosed before booking. These general terms do not introduce a cancellation penalty or a blanket no-refund rule. Contact the operator or [email protected] with the booking reference.

Offer-based cancellation differs from statutory withdrawal and defective-performance rights. Changes to confirmed bookings need confirmation; submitting a request does not itself change the booking. Refund entitlement follows the contract and law, particularly where parking was not provided.

    6. Statutory consumer withdrawal

For a distance contract for services with a consumer, a 14-day withdrawal period from conclusion generally applies unless a statutory exception applies. A dated parking reservation or acceptance of these terms does not itself waive that right.

Early performance requires the consumer’s express request and the legally required information. After withdrawal, a proportionate charge for services already provided is possible only if statutory conditions are met. Full performance of a paid service ends the right only where section 1837(a) of the Czech Civil Code is satisfied, including prior express consent and acknowledgement of losing the right.

Send an unambiguous withdrawal notice to the relevant contracting party; sending it within the deadline is sufficient. For Parknito services use [email protected] or its registered office; for parking use the operator’s contact. Following valid withdrawal, the relevant business returns payments within 14 days, normally by the original payment method, subject to any lawful charge for the part already provided.

    7. Model withdrawal notice

Use this model only to exercise a statutory withdrawal right. For Parknito services address it to PARKNITO s.r.o., Vavrečkova 5262, 760 01 Zlín, Czech Republic, [email protected]. For a parking contract, identify the relevant operator as the recipient.

I give notice that I withdraw from the contract for the following service: [identify service]. Contract date: [date]. Booking / order reference: [reference]. Consumer name: [name]. Consumer address: [address]. Notice date: [date]. Consumer signature: [only for a notice sent on paper].

    8. Parking use and access

Observe the confirmed period, location rules, signs, capacity, size restrictions and operator safety instructions. Correct registration or phone details may be needed for automatic access. Additional services, including any guarding, depend on the offer.

If entry or exit fails, follow published instructions and contact the operator or Parknito support. Do not force barriers or interfere with equipment. Technical problems do not remove statutory claims for an unavailable or defective service.

    9. Complaints

Address parking defects to its provider and intermediary-service defects to Parknito at [email protected] or its registered office. Include the booking, issue, contact details and requested remedy. Parknito can help identify the relevant party; statutory complaint rules remain applicable.

The relevant business must acknowledge receipt and resolution of a consumer complaint, including reasons for rejection. It must resolve the complaint and inform the consumer within 30 days unless a longer period is agreed. Defective-performance rights and justified complaint costs follow the law.

    10. Responsibility, location management and restrictions

Each contracting party is responsible for its own contractual and legal duties. Distinguishing the platform from the operator does not exclude Parknito liability for its own breaches. These terms do not limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, particularly intent, gross negligence or harm to personal rights, or mandatory consumer rights.

Operators must have authority to offer the location and maintain accurate prices, availability, identity, access and personal-data information. Separate organization-management or payment-service agreements apply within their scope.

Necessary, proportionate account restrictions may address misuse, security incidents or legal duties. Affected users can request reasons and review at [email protected]. Restrictions do not themselves cancel accrued booking claims or statutory refund rights.

    11. Consumer dispute resolution

If direct resolution of a consumer dispute with a business fails, the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI), ADR department, Gorazdova 1969/24, 120 00 Prague 2, Czech Republic, can be approached within its competence. Information and submission instructions are on its website. A proposal may be filed within 1 year of first raising the claim with the business.

ADR seeks agreement and does not prevent court proceedings. Contracts with non-business operators and disputes outside ČOI competence follow the relevant rules.

    12. Privacy, governing law and changes

The Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing. Cookie choices or browsing alone do not accept a paid order or request early performance.

Relations with Parknito are governed by Czech law, particularly Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, and, where applicable, Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection. This choice does not remove consumer protections under otherwise applicable mandatory law, including jurisdiction rules.

New terms apply to future contracts. Confirmed bookings keep their agreed terms unless a later change is validly agreed or required by law. The version date appears above. Contact [email protected] for clarification.
